Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                              
House consider the Senate message (page 2066) on the following:                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 360(EDC)                                                                                             
     "An Act relating to the provision of information regarding a                                                               
     student by a school district to the Department of Military and
